Order Processing & Fulfilment: Once payment is completed and verified, your order will be processed by our Roxie warehouse system awaiting product fulfillment. The order processing time varies for each order and depends on the ordered items’ availability status shown on the product page. If your ordered items have different availability statuses, you may refer the order processing time of the product with longer availability status in working days as a reference as your order will be processed and shipped out altogether.

You may refer to the following stock status on product page to estimate the processing time.

  • Dispatch Same-Day up to 13:00.
  • Dispatch within 48 hours.
  • Dispatch within 4 - 7 working days.
  • Dispatch within 2 - 3 weeks.

Pre-order products (Dispatch 4 - 7 working days, Dispatch 2 - 3 weeks): All customers ordering pre-order products on our website specifically agree upon the following terms and conditions which accompany such orders.

By placing the order for a pre-order product, the customer acknowledges that the product is specifically ordered for them and cannot be cancelled,  exchanged or returned (unless faulty). Please refer to full pre-order Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to dispatch items late due to peak times, employee shortages, weather conditions, etc. We want to ensure that our customers are aware of any potential delays that may arise in the delivery process and provide them with the best possible service. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these circumstances.

We are proud to announce that we are using bio-degradable loosefill and completely recyclable bubble wrap made from recycled plastic, same as our seal tape.

Please note: International delivery is currently suspended.
We cannot be held responsible for postal delays. Roxie Cosmetics LTD are not liable for any consequential loss due to late or failed delivery nor will we refund postage costs.

Hazardous Materials in Post (HAZMAT):

Some of the items available in our store such us: nail polish (4 per package), aerosols (2 per package up to 500ml), fragrances and aftershaves (4 per package up to 150ml) has been classed as 'hazardous materials' - Royal mail limits those items in their network - if your order will exceeds these limits, we have right to use alternative courier or send your orders in more than one package.

Damaged Parcels:

Please note: If you have received damaged / opened parcel from us, please do not accept delivery. Royal Mail or courier company will return package to us, then we will be able to resend / refund money for your order. If package will be accepted and there will some missing / damaged items, Roxie Cosmetics do no take responsibility for. Please note we are unable to claim postage company in this case.

Returns due to incorrect delivery address & non collection from a local Royal Mail Sorting Office:

In the event that a customer provides us with an incomplete delivery address or fails to collect their item from their local Royal Mail sorting office then the item will be returned to us by Royal Mail. We will deduct £3.95 (this is what we get charged) from any refund plus any postage paid on return of the item. Sadly we have to pass this cost on as the level of incomplete addresses is rising even after simplifying the checkout process for you to choose your address. In case that customer would like to resend package we will pass invoice to pay extra £3.95 for the second postage.

Shipping Surcharges Policy:

At our store, we strive to provide efficient and timely delivery services to our customers. In the event that a customer refuses the collection of a pallet or requests a redelivery of a small or large parcel, shipping surcharges may apply.

The surcharges for redelivery are as follows:

  • Redelivery of a small parcel: £3.95.
  • Redelivery of a large parcel: £15.
  • Redelivery of a pallet: £30 to England & Wales, £80 to Scotland, £200 to Northern Ireland.
  • Refused collection of a pallet: £50 Fee + Original Shipping Fee.

If a customer refuses the delivery of a pallet / won't be available on the place to collect pallet, the store incurs a £50 fee from the shipping company. This fee will be deducted from any applicable refund to the customer + shipping fee which customer did pay during the checkout.
